Streamlining Your Workflows: Major Zapier Integration Upgrade!
Automation is key to efficiency, and we've just rolled out a significant improvement to our Zapier integration. We heard your feedback and recognised that our previous API key authentication method, while functional, had room for improvement, particularly concerning token refreshes.
Over the weekend, we successfully integrated OAuth 2.0 authentication with Zapier!
What does this mean for you?
- Simplified Authentication: Gone are the days of generating and copying API keys. You can now authenticate your LeadHQL account directly with Zapier using your standard login credentials. It’s quicker, easier, and more secure.
- Automatic Token Refresh: Previously, expiring API tokens could cause interruptions and required manual intervention. With OAuth 2.0, authentication tokens are now automatically refreshed between LeadHQL and Zapier, ensuring your automated workflows (Zaps) run continuously without disruption.
This upgrade makes connecting LeadHQL to the thousands of apps available on Zapier more seamless than ever.
How to Leverage Zapier:
- Get Your Invite: The Zapier integration is currently available via invite. If you haven't already, simply sign in to the LeadHQL platform, navigate to the 'Lead Sync' section, and click the 'Get Invite' button.
- Unlock Automation: Once authenticated, use the "New Lead" trigger in Zapier. This allows you to instantly send new leads from LeadHQL to your CRM (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), add them to email marketing sequences, create tasks for your team, send Slack notifications, and much, much more. The possibilities to streamline your follow-up process are truly endless!
Enhanced Transparency: Track Your Qualified Leads' Journey
For our valued partners utilising LeadHQL's specialized lead qualification service – where our team calls and qualifies leads on your behalf – we've added a powerful new layer of transparency.
