Welcome to LeadHQL

LeadHQL is a real estate business-in-a-box. One subscription, one login — you focus on closing deals while LeadHQL handles everything else: lead generation, a professional website, CRM, outbound calling, AI-powered follow-ups, and property marketing.

Pricing is simple: you only pay per lead (CPL). There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees — you set a budget, and you only spend what you choose.

  • CRM — Manage your leads through a five-stage pipeline, create tasks, take notes, and track calls.
  • AI Agent — A built-in AI assistant that can read your leads, create tasks, update statuses, and recommend properties.
  • Lead Plans — Subscribe to geographic areas and receive exclusive leads delivered straight to your CRM.
  • Outbound Calling — Call leads directly from the CRM with a built-in power dialer, call recording, and AI transcription.
  • Professional Website — A lead-generation website included with your account, complete with custom domain support.
  • Property Listings — Browse, manage, and market properties with AI-generated descriptions and PDF brochures.
  • Integrations — Connect LeadHQL to 5,000+ apps through Zapier.

Recommended setup order

Follow these steps to get the most out of LeadHQL as quickly as possible:

1. Set up your branding

Head to Branding and fill in your agency name, description, logos, and services. Your branding goes through a quick approval process before it appears on your website and lead communications.

2. Subscribe to a lead plan

Once your branding is approved, visit Lead Plans to browse available geographic areas. Pick the regions where you want to receive leads and set your budget.

3. Configure calling (optional)

If you want to call leads directly from the CRM, go to Calling Setup. This requires approved branding and at least one active lead plan subscription.

4. Start using the CRM

New leads arrive in your CRM automatically. From there you can manage your pipeline, create tasks, make calls, and chat with the AI agent for help.

Navigating the dashboard

The sidebar on the left organizes everything into sections:

  • Overview — Your main Dashboard with activity stats and usage spending.
  • CRM — Tasks, leads (organized by pipeline stage), unassigned leads, and lead imports.
  • Workspace — All leads, lead plans, and property listings.
  • Website — Configuration and custom domain settings for your lead-gen site.
  • Organization — Billing, branding, integrations, calling setup, and team members.

Some sections — like Website, Organization settings, and lead imports — are only visible to organization admins.
