Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of your business activity, spending, and team performance over the last 30 days.

If your account is brand new and you haven't set up branding or added team members yet, you'll see a guided setup flow instead of the dashboard. Once you complete the initial setup, the full dashboard appears.

Stat cards

Four cards across the top summarize your key metrics:

• New Leads — The number of new leads received in the last 30 days, along with how many have been contacted. If you have team members, their avatars appear on the card.
• Properties — Your total property count and the number of brand partners promoting your listings.
• Outreach — Combined emails sent and calls made, with a delivery success rate percentage. You'll also see a breakdown of emails vs. calls.
• Content & Ads — Total articles published and live ad campaigns across your brand network.

Usage spending

Below the stat cards, three usage cards show your current month's spending:

• Lead Spending — How much you've spent on leads this month, how many leads you've received, your total budget, and the number of active lead plan subscriptions. Click "View billing" to go to the Billing page.
• Calling — Your calling costs for the month and total calls made. Shows whether calling is enabled or disabled.
• Claude Agent — AI agent usage costs, including the number of requests and tokens consumed. Shows whether the agent is enabled or disabled.

Activity chart

The activity chart visualizes your team's activity over time, grouped by the data from your unified feed. It helps you spot trends in lead activity, outreach volume, and engagement.

Activity feed

At the bottom of the dashboard, an activity table lists recent events across your organization — new leads, calls made, emails sent, tasks completed, and more. This gives you a chronological view of what's happening across your team.
