Lead Plans

Subscribe to geographic lead plans to receive exclusive buyer and seller leads.

Lead Plans are geographic subscriptions that deliver exclusive real estate leads to your organization. Each plan covers a specific area and charges a per-lead price. You set a monthly budget, and leads flow in until your budget is reached.

Overview stats

At the top of the page, four stat cards summarize your subscription activity:

  • Leads This Month — How many leads you've received this month, with an all-time total.
  • Spent in [Month] — Your current month's spending and budget utilization percentage.
  • Active Subscriptions — The number of active subscriptions and their names.
  • Last Lead Received — When your most recent lead arrived, plus your lifetime spend.

Browsing lead plans

Lead plans are displayed in either a Grid or Map view, toggled from the toolbar.

In Grid view, each plan appears as a card showing:

  • Plan name and country
  • Price per lead (e.g., "$5.00/lead")
  • Subscription status: Subscribe button (if not subscribed), Subscribed badge (with checkmark), or Paused badge
  • Budget progress bar (for active subscriptions) showing spent vs. total budget

In Map view, plans are displayed as coverage areas on an interactive map. Click an area to open its subscription dialog.

Filtering

Use the toolbar controls to narrow down plans:

  • Search — Type to search by plan name.
  • Subscription dropdown — Show "All Groups" or "Subscribed Only."
  • Country dropdown — Filter by a specific country.

Click the X button to clear all active filters.

Subscribing to a plan

Click any plan card (or coverage area on the map) to open the subscription dialog. The dialog shows:

  • Plan name and per-lead price
  • A coverage area map or cost-per-lead chart (toggle between the two)
  • Subscription configuration: monthly budget, language preferences, and lead type (buyer/seller)

Set your monthly budget and click Subscribe. You need an active payment method — if you haven't set one up yet, you'll be prompted to go to Billing first.

Managing subscriptions

For plans you're already subscribed to, the dialog lets you:

  • Update your budget — Adjust your monthly spend.
  • Pause — Temporarily stop receiving leads. A paused subscription shows a yellow "Paused" badge and a note that it was paused due to a payment issue, with a link to update your payment method.
  • Cancel — Remove the subscription entirely. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm before cancelling.

Budget progress is visible on each plan card — a progress bar shows how much of your monthly budget has been spent.

Pagination

When there are many lead plans, pagination controls appear at the bottom of the grid view showing the total number of groups and page navigation.
