Branding
Set up your organization's branding — agency name, logos, services, and specializations — with an approval workflow.
Admin only — Branding settings are only available to organization administrators.
Overview
Your branding defines how your organization appears to leads, on your website, and in email communications. Setting up branding is the first step in the recommended setup order because other features — like calling and your website — depend on approved branding.
The branding form
The branding form is a three-step wizard:
Step 1: Organization
Enter your agency's core details:
- Agency Name (required) — Your real estate agency name.
- Description (required) — A brief summary of your organization and services.
- Country (required) — Select from a searchable dropdown.
- City (required) — Your primary city of operation.
- Street Address — Your full business address (optional).
- Website — Your external website URL.
- Email — Your contact email.
- Phone — Your contact phone number.
- Languages Spoken — Add the languages your team speaks. Selected languages appear as tags that you can remove individually.
Step 2: Branding & AI
Upload your visual assets and configure AI features:
- Light Mode Logo (required) — Displayed on light backgrounds. Max 2 MB.
- Dark Mode Logo (required) — Displayed on dark backgrounds. Max 2 MB.
- Automatic Sales Emails — Toggle on to automatically send personalized follow-up emails to your leads.
Step 3: Services & Experience
Define what your organization offers:
- Service toggles — Licensed Organization, MLS Access, Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, Rental Services, and Property Management.
- Experience details — Years in Business, Total Agents, Average Rating, and Total Reviews.
- Specializations — Select from: Luxury, First-Time Buyers, Commercial, Investment, Rental, New Construction, Foreclosures, Senior Living, Vacation Homes, Condos, Townhomes, and Land.
Click Save Settings on the final step to submit your branding for review.
Approval workflow
After you save your branding, it enters an approval workflow:
- Pending Approval — Your settings are under review. You cannot edit them while they're pending.
- Approved — Your branding is live and applied across your website and communications. You can now proceed to set up calling and configure your website.
- Rejected — Your submission was not approved. A feedback message explains what needs to change. Click Edit to update your settings and resubmit.
Viewing your branding
Once branding is saved, the page displays a profile card showing your logo, name, description, contact information, services, languages, and specializations. Click Edit to make changes (unless your branding is pending approval).
