Website Configuration
Configure your professional lead-generation website — site settings, logos, theme, and social media links.
Admin only — Website configuration is only available to organization administrators.
What is My Website?
Every LeadHQL account includes a professional lead-generation website. This site showcases your property listings and captures leads for you automatically. You can customize its appearance, branding, and social links from this page.
Your website comes with a free internal domain (e.g., yourorg.leadhql.com). You can also connect a custom domain.
Prerequisites
Before you can configure your website, you need:
- Approved branding — Your branding settings must be submitted and approved.
- Active lead plan — You need at least one active lead plan subscription.
If either prerequisite is missing, you'll see a checklist with links to complete the required steps.
Site settings
The configuration page is organized into tabs:
Settings tab
Here you configure the core details of your website:
- Site Name — The name displayed on your website.
- Contact Email — The email address shown to visitors.
- Contact Phone — The phone number shown to visitors.
- Site Description — A short description for SEO and metadata.
- Address — Your business address displayed on the site.
Logos tab
Upload the visual assets for your website:
- Light Mode Logo — Displayed on light backgrounds.
- Dark Mode Logo — Displayed on dark backgrounds.
- Email Logo — Used in lead notification emails.
- Favicon — The small icon shown in browser tabs.
- Open Graph Image — The preview image when your site is shared on social media.
Theme tab
Choose a color theme for your website. Available themes include Default, Nature, Elegant Luxury, Modern Minimal, Mono, Soft Pop, Tangerine, and more. Each theme applies a coordinated color palette to your site.
Social Media tab
Add links to your social media profiles. Supported platforms:
- Twitter / X
- YouTube
Enter the full URL for each profile. These links appear as icons on your website. You can add, edit, or remove links at any time.
Locations tab
Configure which geographic locations are featured on your website. You can gate your property listings by location to show only relevant properties to visitors.
Saving changes
After editing any settings, click Save to apply your changes. Your website updates automatically — there's no need to redeploy or wait.
