Add New Property
Create a property listing using the guided four-step form.
To add a new property listing, click Add Property from any properties page or navigate to the Add New section in the sidebar. The creation form walks you through four steps.

Optional fields:

Step 3 — Location & Media
Set the property address and upload images.
Address entry — You can either search using Google Places autocomplete (recommended) or enter the address manually. The autocomplete fills in all address fields automatically.
Manual address fields:
| Field | Required | |-------|----------| | Address line 1 | Yes | | Address line 2 | No | | City | Yes | | Province/State | No | | Country | Yes (searchable dropdown with flags) | | Postal code | No | | Region | No | | Community | No | | Latitude / Longitude | No |
When an address is set, you can click View on map to see it on a map, or clear it to start over.
Property images (at least one required) — Upload images, then drag to reorder them. Click an image to set it as the featured photo. You can remove individual images with the delete button.
Step 4 — Review
Review your listing before submission.
- A summary of price, beds, baths, area, address, and active features is displayed at the top.
- A description editor appears below. On first creation, an AI-generated marketing description is automatically generated from your property data and populated into the editor. You can edit it freely.
- Your uploaded images are shown for a final check — you can still reorder or remove them here.
When everything looks good, click Create Listing. The listing will be submitted for approval with a Pending status. You can track it in My Listings.
Editing a listing
To edit an existing listing, click the Edit button on a property card in My Listings or from the property detail page. The same four-step form opens with your existing data. In edit mode, you'll also see a Delete button in the header and a "Mark property as" dropdown (Sold or Rented) in Step 1.
