My Listings

View and manage your organization's property listings, including status filtering and renewal.

My Listings shows only the properties that belong to your organization. You can filter by status, renew expiring listings, and manage your properties.

Status filter chips

A row of filter chips appears at the top of the page. Click a chip to filter your listings:

| Chip | Color | What it shows | |------|-------|---------------| | All | Blue | Every listing (excluding deleted) | | Active | Green | Live, published listings | | Expiring Soon | Red | Listings expiring within 7 days | | Pending | Yellow | Submitted and awaiting approval | | Inactive | Gray | Deactivated listings | | Sold | Blue | Properties marked as sold | | Rented | Purple | Properties marked as rented |

Managing your listings

Each property card in My Listings includes additional controls that aren't visible in Browse All:

  • Edit (pencil icon) — Opens the property editing form.
  • Mark as Sold/Rented (checkmark icon) — Opens a dialog to change the listing status to Sold or Rented.
  • Delete (trash icon) — Removes the listing after a confirmation prompt. This action cannot be undone.
  • Expiration date — Shown below the property title (e.g., "Expires: Mar 15, 2026").

Renewing expiring listings

When a listing is approaching its expiration date, it appears in the Expiring Soon filter and shows a red "Expiring" or "Expired" badge on the card. A Renew button (clockwise arrow icon) appears on the card — click it to extend the listing by two months.

New listing confirmation

After creating a new property listing, you'll see a success message: "Your property listing has been submitted and is now pending approval." You can track the approval status by filtering for Pending properties.

All the same search, filter, sort, and view options from Browse All are available in My Listings as well.
