Browse All Properties

Browse All shows every property in the LeadHQL marketplace. You can search by keyword, apply filters, sort results, and switch between grid, table, and map views.

Toolbar

The toolbar at the top of the page gives you quick access to all controls:

• View toggle — Switch between Grid, Table, and Map views.
• Search — Type in the search field to find properties by keyword (address, reference number, description text). Results update as you type.
• Sort — Choose a sort order from the dropdown: Newest, Price (Low to High or High to Low), Bedrooms (High to Low or Low to High), or Size (High to Low or Low to High).
• Filters — Open the filters panel for advanced filtering (see below).
• Add Property — Navigate directly to the Add New form.

The page title shows the total result count, for example "Properties (12 of 47)".

Filters panel

Click Filters to open a slide-in panel on the right. Filters are grouped into collapsible accordion sections:

After adjusting filters, click Apply Filters to update results or Reset Filters to clear everything.

Grid view

Properties appear as cards in a responsive grid. Each card shows:

• Property image with left/right arrows for multiple photos
• Agent or organization avatar (top-left)
• Badges for listing type (Sale, Rent, Fractional, Sale/Rent), status (if not Active), commission percentage, and "New" for new construction
• Property type, name, and city
• Key details: bedrooms, bathrooms, and area
• Price with currency

Click a card to open the property detail page.

Table view

The table view displays properties in a sortable data table with these columns:

• Image thumbnail
• Property (type + city)
• Price
• Listing type (For Sale, For Rent, Sale/Rent, Fractional)
• Beds, Baths, Area
• Status (Active, Pending, Inactive, Sold, Rented)
• Actions menu (View, Edit)

Click column headers to sort. Click a row to view the property detail.

Map view

The map view shows properties as markers on a Google Map. As you pan and zoom, the results update automatically to show properties within the visible area. A loading indicator appears while results refresh.

Pagination

Grid and table views show pagination controls at the bottom of the page with the current page number, total pages, and total item count. Use the previous/next buttons to navigate.
